Shipping policy

Orders will ship via Royal Mail.  Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country and region. Shipping times range between 1-4 weeks. Once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to the country’s taxes and/or custom duties. You will need to be aware of and be responsible for additional charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported items.

We wish international shipping were simple—but unfortunately, some countries may charge customs duties, tariffs, or import fees once your order arrives at their border. These charges are set by your government and are completely out of our control.

We truly hate that this is the situation, because the last thing we want is for you to be surprised with extra costs. Please know that we don’t benefit from these fees in any way, and we’re just as frustrated as you are when they happen.

If you’re placing an order from outside the United Kingdom, we recommend checking with your local customs office to get an idea of what (if any) fees might apply.
