We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, but please note that deliveries may take longer to arrive to certain areas of the UK including; Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands (GY, JE), and the Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands.
UK Standard Deliveries
UK deliveries £4.95. Free for purchases over £50. Allow 1 -2 working days for despatch.
International Orders
International deliveries are £12.95 shipping and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

Terms & Conditions
Goods should be returned in their original packaging by ROYAL MAIL registered post– please allow up to 30 working days for refunds to reach the UK and be processed. Retain your certificate of postage until your refund has been received.
We hope you will love your purchase as much as we have loved creating these but if for any reason you don’t, we would be happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Your feedback is important to us so please drop us a line so we can learn and improve our service.
In order for us to complete your return/exchange you will need to send your item back within 14 days from the date of your despatch email in the condition it was sold, unused, undamaged and with all the original packaging.

We will confirm receipt and process your request and where necessary, issue a refund within 14 days using the payment method used in your original purchase.
Faulty Items
We have spent a lot of time and attention to ensure our products are just right but if for any reason your chains don’t arrive in perfect condition please drop us a note at info@cotivision.com so we can put the issue right for you.
